Impact Conference 2008: Leadership for Sustainable Enterprise

The annual Impact Conference is now in its 11th year. Our 2008 event, will be held at our headquarters in the English Lake District  from Tuesday 17 - Thursday 19 June. Building on the success of our 10th Conference, the 2008 Conference will be an interactive learning summit focusing on Leadership for Sustainable Enterprise.

Our dynamic programme combines pre-event e-dialogue, key speakers, facilitated projects, visioning workshops and a National Park cruise.

As well as looking at transformational and entrepreneurial leadership, we’ll be exploring the role of HR in sustainable enterprise and discovering how climate change issues will impact on your business. The 2008 Conference will provide you with, and help you to innovate, tools and techniques to take straight back to the workplace. Attendees will engage in facilitated dialogue to come up with practical solutions addressing workplace issues about sustainability.

During this time we will cover...

Illuminate: pre-event conversations with a coach from Impact will help you audit where you are now, and what you hope to achieve by attending the 2008 conference.
Inspire: start the event and mobilise your energy with case studies and explore best practice with our guest speakers.
Engage: opportunities for dialogue will enable you to discuss the role of HR to bring important operational competencies and exert strategic leadership in the move towards sustainable enterprise.
Experience: take part in a facilitated project to bring the learning to life.
Explore: issues on climate change, with our world class panel of experts.
Innovate: visioning workshops will provide you with tools to create a future strategy for your workplace.
Evaluate: define an audit trail to measure your success in the workplace.

Fees and further information

Standard rate: £750 + VAT

SMEs: £500 + VAT

NGOs: £350 + VAT

This includes all conference sessions and documantation and all meals during conference hours. Your accommodation and expenses are extra. We do our best to accommodate all Conference delegates in one of our three country house hotels for the special rate of £70 per person per night.
