Welcome to Impact China

Driven by the demand for Impact's services in the Greater China region, Impact established our operation in China in 2003. Impact’s worldwide experiential learning and people development organisation spans across the UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific. Based in Shanghai, Impact China work with clients across Greater China and throughout Asia Pacific.

The Impact China team work closely with our Asia Pacific offices in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Australia & New Zealand. There are approximately 50 full time, highly experienced staff across our regional team, traveling and working extensively around Asia Pacific. As well as working in the countries where we are based our regional team also service our clients in India, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam. This provides them with in-depth understanding of the different cultural needs and expectations around the region.
