Support Technician

As part of my role I am Learning In The Community (LITC) Liaison - I research and organise LITC opportunities for Impact employees to work with our different community partners.  LITC has to aid the Impact member of staff with their own personal development whilst also fulfilling a need or a want of the community partner. Each member of staff can volunteer for three days of LITC every year.

This role also covers any Community Action Learning (CAL) projects undertaken on an Impact programme. I research, make initial contact with and oversee general management of our community partners. We have nearly 300 community partners benefitting from Impact LITC and CAL events!
