The Sunday Times: Impact are a Top 10 company to work for
Impact were once again runners up in the category 'Best For Giving Something Back' with 92% of our our people agreeing we make a positive impact on the world. The award is based on feedback from the company’s own workforce on how much it is putting back into society in general and the local community in particular.
This accolade for Impact closely follows the news that we have once again achieved Best Companies Three Star Accreditation Status for 2009. Impact’s Three Star Best Companies Accreditation recognises the company’s ‘extraordinary’ workplace engagement practices, including exceptional motivation, inspiration and staff retention levels.
Despite the current global economic crisis, Impact has continued to do well, recording our highest profits yet in 2008 and announcing the launch of our Hong Kong office and social enterprise Impact Beyond in the same year.
