The Sunday Times: Impact are a Top 10 company to work for


 
Impact International are delighted to announce we have been named as one of the Top 10 Best Small Companies To Work For in the UK. Impact are number 9 in the Sunday Times Best Companies Top 100 list. This is our best placing yet in an increasingly competitive and challenging environment.

The unique and comprehensive Best Companies survey is a barometer of workplace opinion based on the responses of almost 35,000 employees across 565 small and medium sized enterprises, and examines the key components of a happy, engaged and successful workplace.

Impact were once again runners up in the category 'Best For Giving Something Back' with 92% of our our people agreeing we make a positive impact on the world. The award is based on feedback from the company’s own workforce on how much it is putting back into society in general and the local community in particular.

Impact’s Three Star Best Companies Accreditation recognises the company’s ‘extraordinary’ workplace engagement practices, including exceptional motivation, inspiration and staff retention levels.

Despite the current global economic crisis, Impact has continued to do well, recording our highest profits yet in 2008 and announcing the launch of our Hong Kong office and social enterprise Impact Beyond in the same year.
